"Debra did an outstanding job while working to find us a home to buy in a very low inventory, seller's market. Because we were unsure of the type of home we wanted (townhome or single-family), she was very patient while we looked at many homes to find the type and size of home we wanted. She was persistent, yet calm, as she previewed homes for us, even before they came on the market. We valued her advice and guidance. Her negotiation skills with the selling agent of our new home were the key to our successful purchase. Her knowledge of the real estate market and neighborhoods was invaluable in our search. She always gave us expert guidance during our purchasing process. Debra is a delightful and professional person who was unfailingly calm and extremely savvy and responsive."

"Debra Hall was absolutely awesome! Her professionalism and sweet demeanor was bar none. From the listing of my house to closing was only 30 days! YES! Debra knows what she is doing, how to do it and when! She told me how to prep the house, helped me with vendors for needed repairs, assisted in the staging and once it listed we had a ratified contract 3 days later.
